How does MountQ work?

  1. CALL COMES IN - The call comes in by phone, mail, ERP (e.g. recurring maintenance work), ... and is registered in MountQ. Through the call window, all necessary information is registered to ensure the correct execution of the intervention. All information that was already available (e.g. customer information or historical data from previous repairs) is immediately retrieved. This way there is no need for duplicate work.
  2. SCHEDULING VIA THE PLANNING BOARD: The planning board allows you to schedule the intervention immediately. MountQ will make suggestions, taking previously planned interventions: priority, distance/route, specific business rules or required certificates, ... into account. The planning always assumes optimal resource utilization. The algorithm (so-called MountQ kernel) uses relationship and pattern recognition to streamline the planning and avoid under- or over-utilization. This takes productivity to the next level.
  3. DIGITAL ASSIGNMENT AVAILABLE NOW: In real-time, a synchronization takes place with the service employees or any external subcontractors. At the same time, the work order is also created (automatically) and delivered to the right person: via the mobile application for own employees or online portal for external subcontractors.
  4. EXECUTE INTERVENTION:
    STARTING INTERVENTION - All interventions are displayed according to priority or chronology on the mobile app. Thus, the employees always have all necessary customer information and intervention description at hand. Also, any previous interventions or equipment can be checked. With the start-up, the time recording is also started immediately and kilometers are noted.
    FINISHING INTERVENTION - When finishing the intervention, a visit report is drawn up and immediately stored in the central digital archive. Thus, headquarters and dispatch are immediately informed. Photos of the intervention or a pre-defined script (e.g. maintenance contracts, customer inquiries, etc.) can be added, while you always have the required certificates (e.g. VAT 6% certificate), receipt or reports to hand.
  5. AUTOMATIC RETURN: Feedback is immediate and in real time. After finishing the intervention, the order is closed and dispatch, planning and any other persons are immediately informed. Behind this can be linked to external software such as an ERP application or other business software.
