At the start, the plan of action is thoroughly discussed during an intake meeting. The initial wishes and needs are carefully noted. Based on this information, we write a first version of our project plan (according to BPM). Together with you, we examine all processes and give targeted feedback on the different options and possibilities.

With all specifications at hand, we get to work and ensure a seamless integration. With periodic evaluations and demos, you also keep an overview at all times: both in terms of speed, implementation and cost. Our customer portal keeps you informed of every new process step or development.
